Following the crisis rocking the party and the controversy surrounding the2023 LP Presidential candidate Peter Obi’s involvement with the coalition African Democratic Congress, who is yet to resign from the labour party, Baba Ahmed says he is not the type to leave the party at a time of need. Saying he plans to unify all aggrieved members.
Following his return to the Party, from the coalition ADC which he affirmed does not serve the purpose and interests of Nigeria
Speaking on 2027 Election, he hinted he may end up picking the ticket for 2027 if Peter Obi fails to push his candidacy on the labour Party platform
