The suspended senator representing Kogi Central, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, said she will resume legislative duties in the Senate on Tuesday following a court order directing her recall to the Red Chamber.
Her comment followed recent judgment by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, which declared her six-month suspension from the Senate as a violation of her constituents’ rights to representation.
the Senate however disclosed no aspect of the judgment would be enforced until the certified true copy of the judgement is reviewed by the red chamber
