Terry G Claims Burna Boy Surpasses Wizkid, Davido

According to veteran singer Terry G, Burna Boy is a greater artist than Davido and Wizkid.

The actor Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, also known as Nedu, Husband Material, and Toun Cole, co-host The Honest Bunch Podcast. On Monday, the “Akpako Master” chimed in on the long-running Wizkid versus Davido dispute. He did not hold back when he spoke.

“I think the Wizkid vs Davido discussion is ridiculous, Africa’s king is Davido.

His audience are African.

Terry G said, “He sings unapologetic African music,” using Pidgin English.

But the singer didn’t waste any time differentiating Wizkid’s style of music from Burna Boy’s, hailing the latter as the real “king” with appeal on both continental and beyond.

Wizkid, though, has a crossover mentality. “His music doesn’t really speak to us African ,” Terry G said. “Na Burna Boy get Africa and the rest of the world, He reigns over them. Burna pass two of them.
