KWARA STATE GOVERNOR SETS UP CABINET-LEVEL SECURITY COMMITTEE TO PREVENT SECURITY BREACHES

Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has set up a cabinet-level security committee to develop both short- and long-term strategies aimed at preventing further security breaches across the state. The committee is chaired by Deputy Governor Kayode Alabi,
According to the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye the committee will engage traditional rulers and other stakeholders to design a Kwara-specific security blueprint tailored to local realities.
It is expected to submit its report within four weeks, providing recommendations to enhance public safety and deepen the state’s understanding of national security challenges from a local viewpoint.
