Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has approved an additional N500m for housing and vehicle loan schemes for public servants in the state.
The governor also approved increases in loan ceilings and duty tour allowances payable to officers undertaking approved official assignments within and outside the country.
The state Head of Service, Segun Odusanya, disclosed this today while briefing journalists in Akure on activities lined up for the annual Civil Service Week celebration.
Odusanya said the approvals were aimed at improving workers’ welfare and productivity, adding that the administration had prioritised the welfare of workers and pensioners.
