16-YEAR-OLD NIGERIAN FOOTBALLER OLUWAKEMI ADEGBUYI IMPRESSES AFTER REMARKABLE 2026 SEASON

At just 16, Nigerian teenage footballer Oluwakemi Adegbuyi is making a strong impression on the women’s game after a remarkable 2026 season.

The Mushin, Lagos-born player has won three major individual awards, emerging as one of the country’s promising young talents.

Adegbuyi was named the NWFL Premiership Player of the Season, WAFU-B Women’s Champions League Qualifiers Best Player and WAFU-B 17 Girls Cup Best Player.

Her performances have attracted attention within Nigerian football, particularly from those who have followed her development through Lagos’ competitive grassroots football system.
