ADEGOKE SEEKS URGENT ACTION AGAINST YOUTH VIOLENCE IN OSUN

The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Osun Central Senatorial District, Kunle Rasheed Adegoke (SAN), has called for urgent and coordinated action to tackle the growing threat of youth violence in Osun State.

Adegoke warned that the state could not afford to allow violence, cultism and political thuggery to become normalized, urging government, security agencies, traditional institutions, community leaders, parents and political actors to take decisive steps to address the problem.

According to him, creating meaningful economic opportunities for young people must form a critical part of the state’s security strategy, stressing that the situation required immediate and sustained attention.
