Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reduced the gantry price of Automotive Gas Oil, commonly known as diesel, by ₦80 per litre.
The development is expected to affect the cost at which diesel is supplied to distributors and businesses that depend heavily on the product.
The price reduction comes amid continuing concerns over energy costs and their impact on transportation, businesses and the wider Nigerian economy.
